ABOUT US

Since our solution is highly customizable and connects easily with thousands of applications via Salesforce AppExchange, we continuously innovate and improve our product for a growing base of domestic and international mid- to high-end customers.

We are not looking for average — we look for those who love serious challenges, strive for quality, and have the drive to build products that truly matter. We value trust, empathy, ownership, learning, and a healthy work-life balance.

  • Translate functional and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Develop high-quality, reusable, and efficient code following Salesforce best practices.

  • Integrate external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware.

  • Review and optimize system performance, data models, and automation processes.

  • Collaborate with product owners and other developers to refine requirements and provide technical guidance.

  • Support consultants and operations teams when complex issues require deep technical analysis.

  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and proactively identify opportunities to improve our product.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 4–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.

  • Solid experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, etc.).

  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into robust technical designs.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and governor limits.

  • Experience working with managed packages is a strong plus.

  • Experience writing technical documentation and solution designs.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.• Salesforce Platform Developer I required; Platform Developer II and/or architect-track certifications are a plus.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • A competitive salary.

  • Flexible working hours.

  • Travel allowance.

  • Supportive and smart international colleagues to work with.

  • Working on a product that matters - Working on a product that embodies the future of real estate as we know it.

  • Culture of collaboration and open feedback.

If this role energizes you and you want to help us bring digital transformation to the real-estate industry, we would love to hear from you.
