Job description
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skillful Salesforce Support Specialist to further strengthen our support team and provide first-line troubleshooting and assistance for our PMS applications. As a Salesforce Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our real estate customers having questions or experiencing issues with Wunderbricks’ property management application. Such issues can vary a lot and may include issues with dashboards or reports, login/access problems, data discrepancies, flow failures and UI-related concerns.

Wunderbricks started with a dream of digitizing real estate. We asked ourselves: how can we make an industry that's stuck in the 1990s more accessible to everyone? We started our mission in 2019 when we created our state-of-the-art, next generation property management system (PMS).
Built on the Salesforce.com platform, our PMS is extremely customizable and not an end-to-end solution. That’s why we allow our clients to easily connect their favorite applications through our cloud integration platform or use a selection of the 7.000+ integrations in the Salesforce AppExchange.
Since we are continuously enhancing our PMS solution for our mid to high end domestic and international clients, we are not looking for the average Joe. The right people for us are those who like serious challenges, strive for quality and at the same time have an inner drive to get things done.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will diagnose problems, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues to our Salesforce consultants or developers when necessary. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and an excellent user experience.
You will report to our Director Operations and work closely with our project managers, sales team, consultants, product owners and developers.Job requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Act as first-line support for incoming issues, responding to user queries via our case management system or phone.
Maintain and update our knowledge base with common solutions and FAQs.
Monitor system performance of client orgs, including Wunderbricks provided API connections, and proactively identify potential issues or inefficiencies.
Update client documentation when changes are made.
Stay up-to-date with our releases and updates relevant to the Wunderbricks property management platform.
Collaborate with product owners to provide valuable input for development of new features or improvement of existing functionality.
Provide valuable input, ideas and feedback to help us to further improve our business processes.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL
1-3 years of experience in a Salesforce support / helpdesk environment.
Excellent Dutch (native) and English communications skills (both verbal and written).
Deep understanding of Salesforce multi-tentant architecture including solid understanding of objects, flows, permissions, profiles, and data management.
Excellent knowledge and experience with Salesforce flows.
Knowledge of Apex. Experience with Apex development is a plus.
Excellent problem solver with never-give-up mentality and great analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical users.
Multitasking and working efficiently under pressure.
Familiarity with real estate or property management software is a bonus, but not required.
Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Associate is a minimum.|
