ABOUT US

Wunderbricks started with a dream of digitizing real estate. We asked ourselves: how can we make an industry that's stuck in the 1990s more accessible to everyone? We started our mission in 2019 when we created our state-of-the-art, next generation property management system (PMS).

Built on the Salesforce.com platform, our PMS is extremely customizable and not an end-to-end solution. That’s why we allow our clients to easily connect their favorite applications through our cloud integration platform or use a selection of the 7.000+ integrations in the Salesforce AppExchange.

Since we are continuously enhancing our PMS solution for our mid to high end domestic and international clients, we are not looking for the average Joe. The right people for us are those who like serious challenges, strive for quality and at the same time have an inner drive to get things done.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Product Owner to further strengthen our product team for our Salesforce.com based PMS offering. As a Product Owner, you are visionary, love technology, have a great business sense and are passionate about shaping the best experience for our clients.

As part of a small team, you will work closely with our CTO, Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers and the Sales team. We are a group that values trust, empathy, taking decisions together, learning from each other, and supporting each other to grow. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own part of the the PMS product and develop / maintain a clear vision, strategy and roadmap

• Create user stories and manage a backlog of new features and enhancements for the product

• Liaise with stakeholders (clients, sales, developers, etc.) to research and define client needs

• Perform market and competitor analysis to keep ahead of the curve

• Be the go-to expert inside and outside of Wunderbricks

• Support the sales team to ensure successful pre-sales activities and customer implementations

• Participate in agile rituals such as daily standups, retrospectives and planning sessions

WHAT YOU BRING

• At least 3 years of experience as a product owner/manager

• A passion and drive to use technology to improve the business of our clients

• Excellent Dutch and English communications skills (both verbal and written)

• Experience in working with agile development methodologies

• Strong understanding of user behaviour and ability to deliver great user experience

• A client-focused attitude, and experienced in interacting with clients to understand their needs and pain points and are able to come up with efficient solutions.

• Empathy for great user experience to deliver features that solves customer problems and are intuitive and easy to use

• Experience in working with Salesforce is a plus

• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
